- Software access for the duration of your active subscription

Not included
- Any guarantee of profit, return, win rate or drawdown
- Investment advice, portfolio management or fund custody
- Responsibility for losses caused by market movements
- Control over your broker’s spreads, slippage or execution
- Brokerage services, funding, withdrawals or tax handling
All services carry risk. Renting a bot, an indicator or an automated
strategy does not reduce market risk — it changes how orders are placed, not whether they
can lose. Decide your position sizing and maximum acceptable loss before you begin, and
never commit capital you cannot afford to lose.
Common questions
Straight answers.
Do you ever hold my money?
No. Your capital stays in your own brokerage account for the whole time. Genni AI never takes custody of funds, and cannot deposit or withdraw from your account.
Why do you need my MetaTrader password?
To place and monitor orders on the account you have asked us to automate, the software must authenticate to your MetaTrader account. Provide your existing MT password — do not create a new one for the form. It is encrypted before storage, never displayed back to you, and never returned by the dashboard.
Can I stop a bot mid-trade?
Yes. You can stop the bot at any time from your dashboard or directly at your broker. Stopping the bot does not automatically close open positions unless you choose to close them.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Access to the rented software ends. Any positions already open in your account remain yours to manage; nothing is closed on your behalf because a subscription lapsed.
Do you publish performance figures?
We do not advertise returns. Any figures shared during a discussion are historical, specific to a configuration and period, and are not a prediction. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Can you build against my own strategy?
Yes — that is what Custom Indicator Development and Strategy Automation are for. We build to your specification. We do not assess or endorse whether a strategy will be profitable.
